Angela was a picky eater when she was a child. As a product of her environment, much of her childhood was filled with canned and processed food in the 70s & 80s. In college, she began to make different food choices and noticed her health take off. In her childhood and adolescence, Angela endured ongoing illnesses that manifested as tonsilitis, allergies, and aversions to foods. Her immunity was lowered and suffered during cold and flu season. Since moving to a fresh food diet and eating with the seasons, her immunity continues to be robust. It is from a personal passion to heal herself, she discovered aligning with the energetics of foods and drinks offered a new resource from which to draw to improve her health and wellness.
