It has been 1 year since joining The Healthstyle Emporium! There is a lovely cookbook section which has hundreds of recipes! I have found this forum to be my go-to resource for chic low sugar and plant-focused recipes that are tried and tested by wellness professionals! It has helped me work more seamlessly with these tools. I have also benefitted from the ease of organization to offer my clients who need lifestyle support but may not be able to afford my Ayurveda-Yoga Beautify coaching programs. The Healthstyle Emporium is a portal of curated content to help you know that your recipes, exercise videos, and recorded webinars by fitness pros, nurses, social workers, life coaches, financial gurus, and so many more amazing humans! The content is current and applicable whether you are in perimenopause, menopause, or childbearing years. Each part of our life offers a range of nuance, but the core principles of balance bring all ages of women together.

I love this portal during a time when information has become so expansive. I have two kids and a husband who want me to know their schedules. I have clients who I coach. There are a number of tech bits to keep all of these parts of my life housed. I love that I have the support of the Healthstyle Emporium because it frees up my time to focus on my business as opposed to searching for new recipes or looking for personal development. I have all of this inside the portal!
