I am a certified Face Yoga Method instructor and my strength is in anatomy and physiology of the face, neck, and décolleté. This approach that I share within a space of ritual is especially designed to call in a new daily ritual for you to do daily so you may experience vitality!
We’ll also go through the the nature of your personal current state of health and why gua sha can be an elemental part to having a daily understanding about your personal constitution and standard of wellness.
Diving into the Ayurveda daily ritual of abhyanga, अभ्यङ्ग, which encompasses a form of self-massage over the entire body. Inside this class you will begin (or continue) your daily self-inquiry to assess your personal needs to foster a state of vitality in your body.
