This Spring Women’s Wellness Circle is going to bring community into your heart during a time when women really need to bounce ideas off of other women! I hope you will find this to be a time to return to YOU, together with other women.

What to expect:

10:45AM: Doors open! Arrive and get warmed up with tea and light treats.

11AM: Yoga with Angela begins. A 30 minute sequence to enliven your body and bring balance to your body’s systems. Intentionality is key during perimenopause and menopause. We can bring “pause” to our morning, together and also discuss why they yoga poses help to foster balance in your body.

11:30AM: Gather and enjoy a healthy plant-based brunch and tea. We will congregate in a circle to share a meal and Angela will guide us in a discussion around holistic practices for Perimenopause and menopause.

Share your experience with the group: we’ll take time to hold space for one another to foster move into to a state of wellness during this time, including any discomfort or changes that we may be able to ameliorate with holistic practices!

12:30PM: Guided visualization and face yoga, more sharing.

1PM: Closing circle and celebration!

Things to bring:

Please bring your yoga mat, props, and anything that can help you be comfortable in a community yoga setting.

We have only 12 spaces for this group to honor the space in which we are hosting this first community circles.

Please bring an open heart. You don’t have to share if you feel uncomfortable. However, a women’s wellness circle requires some embrace of one another, to hold space. Do bring your observations and questions to the group. Let us offer an ancient sacred practice of a women’s healing circle to our post-modern life that can be elevated with holistic wisdom to bring us into a collective state of balance! Let’s share our resources of knowledge with one another to help problem-solve and elevate one another’s experience.
