To me beautify has a layer of meaning and I am sharing my biggest thoughts about this in this image below. I feel that there has never been a better time in my life than now to express myself around this topic. Having studied and cultivated a practice around Ayurveda, yoga, and face yoga, this is the outcome of synthesizing these studies. I also add nourishing recipes to my work with clients and hope that you will find this to be appealing and worthy of trying or sharing with someone who may benefit from this work.
